Overview
We delivered another amazing project working for developers Grocon and Probuild builders, completing two parts of the Bouverie Street Project at Swanston Square. We were contracted to build a rooftop garden with BBQ facilities for the residents of the apartment building to use as a private exclusive urban park. This rooftop garden project entailed the supply and install of feature bluestone and granite paving, in-situ concrete walls, automatic irrigation system, planters, trees and artificial turf.
In addition to the rooftop garden we were also contracted to construct the landscape elements of the Wintergarden at Swanston Square. Designed by Rush Wright Associates, our scope of works consisted of building the ‘honeycomb’ in-situ concrete planters with unique ground illumination and hard furnishings, flamed granite and bluestone paving and artificial turf that reflects the design of the steel structures overhead, further complemented by beautiful palms, bamboos, shrubs, climbers and accent plants to provide an inner-city oasis.
