WHY CHOOSE ANL?

Why is ANL your best long-term partner in commercial landscape management?

Simply, ANL has the best people. A team that understands your entire asset, not just the gardens.

The difference Marcus and James Thomas and the senior management team brings to the table, is the ability to apply their knowledge and experience from award-winning large landscape construction and market-leading property businesses to a more nimble and successful landscape management specialist.

In addition to this, the team boasts a range of highly qualified senior horticulturists and specialists providing industry-leading solutions, to ensure we can holistically manage your landscape.

Drawing on this history and the breadth of experience in our team, we make sure your landscape is initially buildable and sustainable, then efficiently maintained while maximising its value for money and return on investment.

Our past experiences and successes have also helped ANL to implement a new digital strategy.

We have combined our current integrated management systems, compliance and accounting software, together with new enterprise-focused landscape management software.

We are implementing some of the newest technology available, enabling ANL to provide even better service and increased transparency for all stakeholders.

We have also implemented an Integrated Management System, focussed on quality, environment, and safety policies and procedures. It is also the cornerstone of our Quality Assurance and enhanced customer service, while also facilitating our ethos of continuous improvement across the entire company.

Everyone is a part of this culture, from the directors, operations manager and senior horticulturalists to our apprentices to ensure that the highest levels of quality, professionalism and service are delivered.

As it always has been for nearly 50 years!

In summary, the purpose of our team is to help ensure your landscape maintains and grows the value of your property!

OUR HISTORY

Max Thomas established Australian Native Landscapes over half a century ago.

The company’s humble beginnings saw Max working out of an old VW ute, starting with a few hand tools and a wheelbarrow.

After a few years, Max became one of the most prominent and respected figures in the Australian landscape industry. Much of his foresight still drives the business’ ethos today.

It is this proud history that is shaping our future!

With his sons, James and Marcus now leading the business, ANL benefits from two generations of stable yet innovative management, which provides you with the best long-term return on your landscape expenditure.

Eastland Shopping Centre underwent an enormous 570m redevelopment of the new Stage 5 precinct. As with all retail projects of this nature, timeframes/programs are always finite and when nearing practical completion. Our dedicated team worked on rotational day and night shifts, often seven days a week, to deliver on our scope ready for QIC main opening of the centre.

Our scope of works included;

  • Installation of super-advanced trees
  • Custom street furniture and metalwork
  • Design and construct irrigation
  • Interactive edible landscape
  • Landscape maintenance
