Chadstone Shopping Centre is recognised as one of the top 5 retail precincts in the world. ANL are privileged to have enjoyed an ongoing successful relationship with our clients Gandel Group, Vicinity and builders Probuild Constructions over the last 30 years. We have worked on all consecutive stages over the past 30 plus years (including stages 20, 21, 22, 25, 30, 33, 38 & 40 throughout the centres extensive redevelopment.
Currently maintained for CBRE and Harvey Norman by ANL since practical completion of the site, some 6 years ago.
Positive feedback from management highlights our ability to ensure the landscape fits the big-box nature of this retail centre.
With centre management’s endorsement, ANL has redesigned the entire internal plantscape and similarly designed an appropriate activation of the mezzanine: specifying, supplying and implementing planters and plants delivering an improved tropical feel and helping to improve the customer experience and dwell-time at the centre.
This rooftop terrace on level 14 allows employees to escape the pressures of work.
The outdoor kitchen links with the herb garden, and custom furniture is set among hanging baskets for social entertainment and relaxation.
By working closely with the design team, ANL has ensured this unique space is a major contributing factor to the building’s green star rating, winning it for the last six years.
Maintained for the last five years, ANL curates a number of gardens representing historic Army battlefields.
The site has featured on ABC TV and has won numerous awards for the quality of its landscaping.
